Marina Views is situated only a few minutes drive from the parks, cafes, boat ramp and local shopping centre. The studio includes 2 good sized bedrooms, both fitted with quality beds and mattresses. All linen is provided including 1 bath towel and 1 beach towel per person provided during the summer months. The bathroom has a modern shower, and a complimentary pack of shampoo, conditioner, soap and body wash is provided for your stay. Marina Views is a five minute drive or a leisurely walk to the Pumicestone Passage, close to barbeque facilities, children's playgrounds and walkways. Take a stroll along the Banksia Beach walkways and soak up the beautiful water views on Sylvan Beach Esplanade. Enjoy a coffee or dine out at the Pacific Harbour Country Club or the Art Gallery.
