Start your mornings with a fresh coffee by the pool as the sunrises or unwind in the evening with a drink while enjoying beautiful canal sunsets. The alfresco area and sparkling private pool make for the perfect spots to relax, entertain, or simply soak up the serene atmosphere.

We require a 30% deposit to secure the booking. The balance is due 40 days before arrival/ Payments can be made via bank transfer or we can do card payments which incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. We do require card details for holding of the security bond, we don't charge the bond out. If you cancel the booking outside the 40 days the deposit will be refunded.

For security, please email through a copy of the driver's license of the person who's card details are on file and if it's a different person checking in.
This is to ensure the correct person is staying at the accommodation and matches the card name. Once we have received the full payment and your driver's licence; we will send through the key collection information.

Off Peak: $440 per night
On Peak: $540 per night
Events: $840 per night
Seasonal: $840 per night
Cleaning Fee: $300 per stay
